Guardianship Certificate

For a Guardianship Certificate to be legally accepted in the United Arab Emirates, it must be attested in Islamabad. The certificate's issue by the appropriate Pakistani court or authority initiates the procedure. After that, it is authenticated by the UAE Embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Islamabad. Applications for visas, admission to schools, or sponsorship involving a guardian and dependent in the United Arab Emirates require this certification.

Document Requirements:

  • Issued on stamp paper by Civil Judge
  • Attestation: First Class Magistrate + MOFA
  • CNIC & passport copies (all involved)
  • MOFA QR verification
