UAE Attestation - Pakistan (Islamabad)

Judicial Verdict/Court Decision/Affidavits

For these legal papers to be recognized and accepted in the United Arab Emirates, judicial verdicts, court decisions, or affidavits must be attested for the UAE in Islamabad. A competent court or notary issues the document first, and then the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Islamabad attests it. The documents need to be sent to the UAE Embassy for final legalization following MOFA attestation. In the UAE, this certification is necessary for a number of legal issues, including financial claims, family disputes, and governmental declarations. The documents' recognition by UAE authorities for legal or immigration purposes is ensured by proper attestation.
