UAE Attestation - Pakistan (Islamabad)

Special Power of Attorney Compensation

A Special Power of Attorney (SPA) for compensation attestation for the UAE in Islamabad must certify the document's legal use in the UAE. The SPA must be notarized and then attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Islamabad. After MOFA, the document is forwarded to the UAE Embassy for final attestation. This process is essential when letting someone in Pakistan handle compensation or legal claims on behalf of a United Arab Emirates person.

Document Requirements:

  • Issued on stamp paper
  • Registered with Notary Public & First Class Magistrate
  • MOFA attestation
  • CNIC, passport, visa copies
  • Death certificate required if executant is deceased
  • MOFA QR verification
